Dr. He is an award-winning, board-certified Johns Hopkins and Harvard trained anesthesiologist and interventional pain specialist.

She earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine followed by Anesthesiology residency training at Johns Hopkins. Dr. He further specialized and completed a Pain Fellowship at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital, which has been recognized as the Top Pain Management Fellowship in the nation.

Dr. He enjoys meeting with and listening to patients to truly understand their individual circumstances and goals. She works collaboratively with patients to develop custom treatment plans that decrease pain and maximize quality of life. She believes in a comprehensive approach that utilizes evidence-based therapy, medication (with minimal opioids, if at all), and procedures to minimize pain, enhance daily function, and improve quality of life.
